SECURITY
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.

LOT ATTENDANTS
Wash and vacuum cars for a rental car company.  Must be able to stand for long periods of time.  A valid driver’s license is also required. 

DRIVERS
Transport cars for a rental car company.  Must be able to stand for long periods of time.  A valid driver’s license is also required. 

RECEPTIONIST
Cover front desk, answer phones and direct to appropriate dept./staff, take messages, assist applicants, emails and other clerical duties as assigned.

CASHIER
Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.

PRESCHOOL AID
The duties of a preschool teacher’s assistant includes interacting with children, preparing snacks, teaching children about numbers, colors and shapes, helping them get dressed and changing their diapers when needed. They also evaluate students’ social development and physical well-being.

SUBSTITUTE TEACHER
Substitute Teachers perform the instructional and classroom management processes for teachers who are absent for a day or longer periods of time. Their duties include taking attendance, explaining homework, and maintaining classroom cleanliness. Candidates need to be flexible in their availability

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Minimum Requirements:
  – High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational or college education preferred.

  – Accuracy and being detail-oriented is a must.
  – Type at least 45 wpm
  – Yardi Software experience preferred but not required.
  – Leasing, Dispatch experience preferred, but not required.
  – Military Base access is required.
  – Must have a valid driver’s license
  – Must have a clear drivers abstract (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years)

COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
This person will be calling on past due accounts. A solid portion of their business is with a medical company so they will be collecting on medical fees that were disallowed by insurance companies.

All applicants must have excellent communication skills and a stable employment background that consist of being with one employer for at least two or more years.
