Primary duties: Provide administrative and staff support services
• Process all incoming mail, faxes filing, scanning and inventory management.
• Distribute U.S. mail.
• Assist with keeping up with daily incoming requests, as well as resolve backlog requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information.
• Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines.
